Cancellations

If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 48 hours notice.  This courtesy, on your part, will make it possible to give your appointment to another patient.

Emergencies

Our office provides on-call service for our patients with emergencies, 24 hours-a-day, 7 days-a-week.  Call (817) 335-5200 and Dr. Kunkel will be contacted immediately.

Health Insurance Plans

Cosmetic procedures are not typically covered by medical insurance policies.  However, reconstructive procedures, like those for skin cancer or breast cancer, usually are covered.  Because of this, Dr. Kunkel is on most of the insurance company plans.  If the procedure you desire or need is reconstructive in nature, check with your insurance company and your primary care physician and ask them for a referral to us!
