This 40 year old woman wanted to have more shape and fullness in her breasts.  She wanted to wear cute tops.  She visited with Dr. Kunkel in Fort Worth and decided to undergo breast augmentation with round saline implants.  Dr. Kunkel performed her breast augmentation in an accredited Fort Worth outpatient surgery center.  He placed 330 cc saline in her breast implants.  She wore an A cup bra before surgery and a B/C cup after.  *Keep in mind that each person is unique, and individual results will vary.
