Case Details

This 49 year-old mother of two had undergone a gastric sleeve and lost 100 pounds.  She did not like the heaviness and looseness of the tissue that had developed, and wanted to be able to sit down without having the extra skin fall in her lap.  Living in the Granbury – Glen Rose – Cleburne area of North Texas, she visited with Dr. Kunkel in his plastic surgery office in the Fort Worth medical district to learn her options.  She is 6 feet tall and weighs 214 pounds.   She decided to take a couple weeks off from work to undergo a tummy tuck and liposuction of her flanks.  The procedure took place at a Fort Worth hospital and she spent one night in the facility.  Dr. Kunkel removed 12 inches of skin below her belly button, and the liposuction removed more than the amount contained in a 2 liter Coke bottle.  Her result is shown 3 months after her procedure.  *Keep in mind that each person is unique, and individual results will vary.
