Front: This 34 year old woman, 5 feet 7 inches tall and weighing 130 pounds, desired enhancement in the appearance of her breasts. She underwent breast augmentation with 375 cc round saline implants placed behind the pectoralis muscle. She wore a B cup bra before surgery and a D cub bra after surgery. *Results may vary.
