This 72 year-old woman from the Granbury – Glen Rose – Godley area of North Texas had undergone breast augmentation with 330 ml saline-filled breast implants 21 years ago. Over time her right breast became firm. After visiting with Dr. Kunkel in his Fort Worth plastic surgery office she decided to undergo revision surgery of her breasts. Dr. Kunkel performed capsulectomies, removing the scar tissue from internally around each breast implant. He then placed new 330 ml saline-filled implants, performed breast lifts, and placed soft tissue support matrix material (“internal bra”). She wore a 34DD bra before surgery and a 36DD after, and is thrilled with her result. Keep in mind that each person is unique, and individual results will vary.
