This 70 year-old Fort Worth woman underwent breast augmentation with silicone breast implants 33 years ago. She did not know what volume implants she had. An ultrasound revealed her right breast implant was ruptured. Dr. Kunkel performed capsulectomies to remove the implants and surrounding scar tissue.
