This 34 year-old mother of 3 works out every day. She wanted to have breasts that were more proportional, with more fullness. She visited with Dr. Kunkel in his plastic surgery office in the Fort Worth Medical District to discuss her options. She decided to undergo breast augmentation with saline breast implants. Dr. Kunkel placed 430 ml saline in her right breast implant and 400 ml in her left breast implant. She wore a 34B bra before surgery and a 34DD after.
