This North Texas mother of two wanted to have more fullness, particularly toward the top of her breasts. She is 5 feet 5 inches tall and weighs 145 pounds. This woman elected to use silicone breast implants. Dr. Kunkel performed her surgery in an accredited Fort Worth outpatient surgery center. He placed a round, moderate-plus profile 415 ml implant on the right side and a 385 ml implant on the left side.
