Case Details

This 38 year-old mother of two wanted to have more shape and fullness in her breasts.  She didn’t like the gap at the top of her bra when she leaned forward.  She is 5’8″ tall and weighs 142 pounds.  Dr. Kunkel performed her breast lift and breast augmentation in a 3 hour procedure at a Fort Worth outpatient surgery center.  Her nipples were moved up using an inverted-T (“anchor”) pattern mastopexy technique.  The volume of her breasts was increased by placing 415 cc round silicone gel breast implants.  She wore a 34DD bra before surgery and 34DDD after.  *Keep in mind that each person is unique, and individual results will vary.
