This 35 year-old mother of two children from the Saginaw/Azle area of North Texas wanted a fuller, more lifted appearance of her breasts. She is 4’11” tall and weighs 100 pounds. Dr. Kunkel moved her nipples up and tightened the lower areas of her breasts using an inverted-T (“anchor”) pattern breast lift/mastopexy technique. To add volume and additional shape, breast augmentation was performed using moderate plus profile 385 cc round silicone gel breast implants. The procedure was accomplished at an accredited Fort Worth surgery center.
