This 70 year-old woman had undergone breast augmentation with 325 ml saline breast implants 22 years ago. She was in good health and wanted to have her breast implants removed before they leaked. She visited with Dr. Kunkel in his office near the Fort Worth Medical District to learn about her options. Since she had a fair amount of breast tissue, she decided to have her implants removed and to undergo breast lifts.
