This 59 year-old woman wanted to enhance the appearance of her breasts but did not want breast implants. She visited with Dr. Kunkel in his office in the Fort Worth Medical District. After discussing her findings, desires, and options with Dr. Kunkel, she decided to undergo breast lifts and fat grafting. Dr. Kunkel performed liposuction of her abdomen and flanks to obtain the fat.
