This 26 year-old woman had pain in her neck and back and developed grooves in her shoulders from her bra straps. She visited with Dr. Kunkel in his plastic surgery office near the Fort Worth Medical District to learn about breast reduction surgery. The procedure took place at a Fort Worth hospital and she went home the same day. Dr. Kunkel removed approximately 3.5 pounds (about the weight of a 2 liter bottle of Coke) during her surgery.
