Case Details

This 58 year-old woman from the Arlington – Mansfield area of North Texas had grooves in her shoulders from her bra straps and pain in her neck and upper back.  She is 5 feet 3 inches tall and weighs 184 pounds (BMI 32).  Her gynecologist suggested she visit with Dr. Kunkel at his Fort Worth plastic surgery office.  After discussing her desires and options, she decided to undergo breast reduction surgery.  The procedure took place at a Fort Worth hospital and she went home the same day.  During her breast reduction surgery Dr. Kunkel removed 1260 grams from her right breast and 1080 grams from her left (5.1 pounds!).  She wore a 38DDD bra before surgery and a 38C after.  Her postoperative result is shown one year after the procedure.  *Keep in mind that each person is unique, and individual results will vary.
