This 38 year-old mother of two from the Burleson – Alvarado – Mansfield area of North Texas lost 130 pounds after a gastric sleeve. She wanted to get rid of as much loose skin as possible. She is 5 feet 3 inches tall and weighs 184 pounds. During her visit with Dr. Kunkel in Fort Worth they discussed her physical findings, desires, and options. She decided to proceed with a lower body lift, including a fleur de-lis abdominoplasty. The fleur de-lis abdominoplasty allowed removal of extra tissue from the midline of her abdomen. The operation took place in a Fort Worth hospital and she spent one night.
