Case Details

This 60 year-old woman had undergone breast augmentation with textured surface breast implants filled with 470 ml saline 7 years ago.   Her right breast implant developed a leak, losing all of its volume.  After visiting with Dr. Kunkel at his Fort Worth, Texas plastic surgery office, she decided to have new silicone gel breast implants placed.  She wanted to have about the same overall volume and look.  Her surgery took place at an accredited Fort Worth outpatient surgery center.  Dr. Kunkel placed new 485 ml round silicone gel implants.   She loves her result, and is happy that she does not have to buy new clothes because she is almost exactly the size that she had been before.   *Keep in mind that each person is unique, and individual results will vary.
