This 77 year-old Fort Worth woman underwent breast augmentation with silicone gel implants 35 years previously. An MRI of her breasts revealed her left breast implant was ruptured. She elected to have both implants removed and not replaced. Dr. Kunkel removed the implants and surrounding scar tissue capsules, and did breast lifts. She wore a 40DD bra before surgery and a 38B after. Her result is shown 4 months after surgery. *Keep in mind that each person is unique, and individual results will vary.
