This 30 year-old mother of 3 from the Cleburne – Grand View – Alvarado area of North Texas wanted to have more shape and more fullness of her breasts.  She is a teacher and did not want to have a change so obvious that her students would be talking about it.  After visiting with Dr. Kunkel in the Fort Worth office, she decided to undergo breast augmentation with saline-filled breast implants.  Her surgery was performed at an accredited outpatient surgery center.  Dr. Kunkel placed moderate-plus profile breast implants, filling each with 330 ml saline.  She wore a 36A bra before surgery and 34C after.  *Keep in mind that each person is unique, and individual results will vary.
