This 41 year-old mother of three from the Southlake – Keller – Trophy Club area of North Texas wanted to have more breast fullness. She thought her nipples were too large and droopy. This woman is 5 feet 5 inches tall and weighs 125 pounds. After visiting with Dr. Kunkel in Fort Worth she decided to undergo breast augmentation with silicone implants and to have her nipples reduced. During her surgery Dr. Kunkel placed moderate-plus profile implants, 415 ml on the right side and 385 ml on the left. He also reduced the size of her nipples.
