This 54 year-old underwent a gastric bypass and lost 130 pounds.  She did not like the deflated look of her breasts.  After visiting with Dr. Kunkel in the Fort Worth office, she elected to undergo breast lifts to re-shape the breasts, and breast augmentation to add fullness.   Her nipples were moved up and the breasts tightened using an inverted-T (“anchor”) pattern mastopexy technique.  Moderate plus profile 415 cc round silicone gel breast implants were placed to create additional shape and fullness.  *Keep in mind that each person is unique, and individual results will vary.
