Case Details

This 55 year-old Fort Worth woman is 5 feet tall and weighs 117 pounds.  She wanted to have more fullness, particularly toward the top of her breasts.  After discussing her desires with Dr. Kunkel, she elected to undergo breast augmentation and breast lift surgery.  To address the bottom-heavy appearance of her breasts, Dr. Kunkel performed vertical (“lollipop”) mastopexies.   Round 300 cc silicone gel implants were placed to add volume and additional shape.  She wore a 34C bra before surgery and 32G after.  *Keep in mind that each person is unique, and individual results will vary.
