Case Details

This 53 year-old woman has 5 children and wanted to have more shape and fullness in her breasts.  She is 5’3″ tall and weighs 136 pounds.  After consultation in the Fort Worth office, she elected to undergo breast lift and breast augmentation surgery.  The procedure took 3 hours to complete.   Her nipples were moved up and the lower areas of the breasts tightened using an inverted-T (“anchor”) pattern mastopexy technique.  Dr. Kunkel placed moderate plus profile 375 cc round silicone gel breast implants to add additional fullness and shape.  She wore a 36C bra before surgery and 36D after.  *Keep in mind that each person is unique, and individual results will vary.
