This 28 year-old hair stylist lost 60 pounds through diet and exercise.  That was great for her health, but not so great for the look of her breasts.  She wanted to have more fullness in her breasts and a more lifted appearance.  Living in East Texas, she had the option to visit with any of the plastic surgeons in Dallas.  Instead, she drove to visit with Dr. Kunkel in the Fort Worth Medical District.  She decided to undergo breast lift surgery with breast augmentation.  The procedure took place at a Fort Worth hospital (she also underwent a tummy tuck at the same time).  Dr. Kunkel placed 435 ml silicone gel implants and lifted her breasts using an inverted-T (“anchor”) pattern.  Her result is shown 6 months after the surgery, and she couldn’t be happier! *Keep in mind that each person is unique, and individual results will vary.
