This 41 year-old mother of two is also a nurse. She wanted to have breasts with a little more shape and volume but did not want her breasts to interfere with her work. After visiting with Dr. Kunkel in his office near the Fort Worth Medical District, she decided to undergo breast lifts and breast augmentation. Her surgery took place at an accredited outpatient surgery center in Fort Worth and she went home that afternoon. Dr. Kunkel placed 385 ml round silicone gel breast implants behind her pectoralis major muscle. Her postoperative result is shown 4 years after her surgery.
