This 50 year-old woman had undergone breast augmentation with 500 ml round silicone gel implants 7 years ago. She noted that she was in a different point in her life and no longer wanted to have breast implants. After visiting with Dr. Kunkel in Fort Worth she decided to have him remove her breast implants and the scar tissue around them (“capsulectomies”). Breast lifts were discussed but she elected not to have that done. *Keep in mind that each person is unique, and individual results will vary.
