This 51 year-old woman had a family history of breast cancer. Genetic testing showed she was predisposed to developing cancer. A Fort Worth breast oncology surgeon performed bilateral mastectomies to minimize her likelihood of developing breast cancer. Dr. Kunkel reconstructed her breasts using 650 ml round silicone gel breast implants and soft tissue support matrix (AlloDerm).
