Case Details

This 59 year-old woman had cancer in the upper outer area of her right breast.  She wanted to keep her breasts and elected to undergo breast conservation treatment.  She is 5 feet 2 inches tall and weighs 125 pounds.  A Fort Worth breast oncology surgeon performed a right lumpectomy/partial mastectomy.  Dr. Kunkel used oncoplastic breast surgery technique to rearrange the remaining tissues of her right breast.  He also performed a left breast reduction at the same time. The ‘after’ photographs are shown 5 months after her cancer surgery and 2 months after she completed radiation of her right breast.  *Keep in mind that each person is unique, and individual results will vary.
