Case Details
This 56 year-old woman developed cancer in her right breast. As part of her cancer treatment a Fort Worth breast oncology surgeon performed a right mastectomy. At that time Dr. Kunkel reconstructed her breast with a latissimus flap and tissue expander. Six months later he completed her breast reconstruction by replacing the tissue expander with a silicone gel implant and also performing a lift (‘mastopexy’) of her left breast. *Keep in mind that each person is unique, and individual results will vary.
