This 35 year-old mother of 3 had a long history of pain in her neck and upper back, and grooves in her shoulders from her bra straps. She is 5 feet 6 inches tall and weighs 150 pounds (BMI 24). After visiting with Dr. Kunkel at his Fort Worth plastic surgery office, she decided to undergo breast reduction surgery. The procedure took place at a Fort Worth hospital and she went home the same day. During the breast reduction Dr. Kunkel removed 783 grams from her right breast and 723 grams from her left (a little over 3 pounds total). She wore a 36DDD bra before surgery and a 36C after.
