This 61 year-old woman did not like how her facial skin was becoming looser every year. After visiting with Dr. Kunkel in his plastic surgery office near the Fort Worth Medical District, she decided to undergo a facelift with fat grafting. She drove 600 miles to Fort Worth to undergo the facelift surgery with fat grafting. The surgery took place at a Fort Worth hospital and she spent one night in the facility. She stayed in Fort Worth one week, then made the 600 mile drive back to her home. Periodically she sent photographs to provide updates. The ‘after’ photograph was taken during an office visit 6 months later. Keep in mind that each person is unique, and individual results will vary.
