This 39 year-old woman had undergone breast augmentation with 397 ml silicone gel breast implants 10 years ago. She wanted to have more breast fullness and shape. After visiting with Dr. Kunkel at his plastic surgery office near the Fort Worth Medical District, she decided to have larger implants placed and to undergo breast lifts. The procedure took place at a Fort Worth surgery center and she went home the same day. Dr. Kunkel placed new 520 ml silicone gel implants and performed mastopexies.
