Case Details

This 59 year-old hairdresser from the Cleburne – Godley – Granbury area of North Texas had undergone breast lifts and breast augmentation with saline breast implants 15 years ago.  One day while she was out running she fell on the left side of her chest.  A few days later she noticed her left implant had lost volume.  She visited with Dr. Kunkel in his Fort Worth, Texas plastic surgery office to learn about her options.  She thought her breasts looked bottom-heavy and she wanted new breast implants.  During her surgery, Dr. Kunkel removed the internal scar from around her old implants (‘capsulectomy’), then placed new silicone gel implants.  He also re-did her breast lifts.  Her ‘after’ photographs were taken 6 months later.  She is thrilled with her new look!  *Keep in mind that each person is unique, and individual results will vary.
