Case Details

This 55 year-old woman underwent breast augmentation and breast lifts 19 years ago.  She had some pain in her right breast and decided to have her implants removed.  After visiting with Dr. Kunkel in his Fort Worth, Texas plastic surgery office, she decided to undergo removal of the implants but not the scar tissue capsules, and to have her breast lift re-done.  The operation took about 3 hours to complete and she went home the same day.  She was found to have saline breast implants, 390 ml on the right side and 350 ml on the left.  Her left breast had always been larger than her right and Dr. Kunkel removed some additional tissue from the left breast during the surgery.  Her result is shown three months later. She loves that she has great volume and shape even though she no longer has breast implants! *Keep in mind that each person is unique, and individual results will vary.
